A Journey into the Heart of Marriage.
Rabbi Moshe Aaron Shuchatowitz was a close student of Rabbi Moshe Feinstein, zt"1, as well as a ben-bayis of Rav Mordechai Gifter, zt"I, who he merited to be meshamesh for many years. When he moved to Israel under the instruction of Rav Feinstein, he became very close with Rav Shach, zt", with whom he had a chavrusa for an extended period of time. Rav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach, zt"l, instructed Rav Shuchatowitz to become involved with helping married couples to find proper shalom-bayis, and under Rav Auerbach's guidance, he began assisting couples, as well as giving classes to Bnei-Torah regarding proper marital intimacy. He also spoke frequently with Rav Elyashiv, zt"1, regarding many halachic marital issues. The Living Marriage is an English version of lessons regarding marital intimacy which he personally received from Rav Shniur Kotler, zt"1, as well as from the Steipler Gaon, zt"l, who told him that this is what needs to be taught.
